On 9 May, our partner Instituto Português do Mar e da Atmosfera (IPMA) participated in the Open Day of the Ria Formosa Natural Park, welcoming visitors to the Aquaculture Research Station (EPPO) for an initiative dedicated to sustainable aquaculture.
Through interactive activities, participants had the opportunity to learn more about aquaculture practices, sector challenges, and innovative solutions supporting more sustainable production in Portugal. The event also provided the opportunity to present ongoing initiatives developed at EPPO, including the #AZA4ICE project. A big thank you to everyone who joined this inspiring and engaging day promoting ocean literacy, sustainability, and the blue economy!
