The Municipality of Ulcinj is organizing the 2nd LiRRIE event in Montenegro under the AZA4ICE project. It will be held on 13th May 2025 in Hotel Mediteran, Ulcinj.
Stakeholders representing academia, industry, government, and civil society will participate in the event and engage in discussions on the future of circular economy practices and regulatory frameworks in aquaculture, with a special focus on the development of sustainable aquaculture at Šasko Lake.
The event will feature expert-led training sessions, live demonstrations of innovative systems like IMTA and RAS, and practical tools such as the BLUEfasma self-assessment, aiming to support the transformation toward a greener and more inclusive blue economy in Montenegro.
