2nd Meeting of the LiRRIE Network in Šibenik, Croatia

Following the successful launch of the LiRRIE Network in Croatia and its inaugural meeting, the Public Institution Development Agency of Šibenik-Knin County is proud to host the 2nd Meeting of the LiRRIE Network.
PI DSA SKC warmly invites you to a public gathering dedicated to presenting and discussing the #AZA4ICE methodology — an innovative tool designed to identify the most suitable areas and species for sustainable, circular aquaculture.
As the Croatian contact point for the LiRRIE Network, this second workshop will bring together members to focus on:
 Progress in testing and monitoring within the pilot area
 Related topics and opportunities for innovation
 Presentation of Bluefasma, a self-assessment tool
Over the past months, we have successfully identified LiRRIE Network members from Šibenik-Knin County and beyond, representing the public sector, fisheries entrepreneurs and shellfish farmers, as well as experts from research institutions and the scientific community.
This gathering aims to engage all relevant stakeholders in dialogue and joint planning of the necessary steps to enable the transition towards a circular economy in aquaculture within our region.

2nd LiRRIE workshop to be held on October 8th, 2025 from 11 am, at Narodnog preporoda 4, Šibenik (ABC Center, conference room on the ground floor).
