Dr. Konstantina Marousi and Dr. Thanasis Koukounaris, representing the AZA4ICE Coordinator at the University of Patras, presented the project’s key findings and pilot results to an international audience at the Blue Economy Summit Black Sea 2026, held in Trabzon.
The summit provided an important platform to highlight the progress of the AZA4ICE project, facilitate knowledge exchange, and demonstrate its contribution to advancing sustainable and circular aquaculture practices.
In addition, participation in the event supported the development of new synergies and the strengthening of existing collaborations, with the broader aim of fostering innovation and promoting sustainable growth within the blue economy sector.
